Advertising Disclosure
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
Global Explain may generate revenue through advertising and other commercial relationships.
Our goal is to maintain a clear distinction between editorial content and advertising.
1. Display Advertising
Global Explain may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense and other advertising partners.
Advertisements may appear in different locations throughout the Website.
The presence of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that Global Explain endorses the advertised product, service, company, or claim.
2. Sponsored Content
We may publish sponsored articles, branded content, paid partnerships, or other sponsored materials.
Where appropriate, sponsored content will be identified as sponsored, paid, promoted, or otherwise clearly labeled.
Payment for sponsored content does not automatically guarantee a favorable editorial opinion.
3. Affiliate Advertising
Some content may contain affiliate links.
If a visitor purchases a product or service through an affiliate link, Global Explain may receive compensation.
Additional information is available in our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Editorial Independence
We aim to keep advertising and commercial relationships separate from editorial decision-making.
Advertisers and commercial partners do not automatically control the opinions, conclusions, or editorial decisions published on Global Explain.
5. Third-Party Advertisers
Third-party advertising providers may collect information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies.
Their data practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Google requires publishers using its advertising products to disclose relevant third-party cookie and data practices.
6. Personalized Advertising
Depending on your location, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized based on information or activity associated with your device or browser.
Where required, Global Explain will provide an appropriate consent mechanism.
Google currently requires publishers using its advertising products to use a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework when serving personalized ads to users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
